Hi, I'm Shawn.
I founded Inspire CNA School because I believe healthcare changes when the people entering it are taught with patience, respect, and genuine care. Every cohort I teach is small on purpose, so I know your name, your schedule, and what you need to walk out ready.

Why I teach the way I do
Becoming a CNA isn't just about passing an exam, it's about feeling confident the first time you walk into a patient's room. So that's what I build the program around: real practice, real feedback, and real time with an instructor who actually wants to be there.
We keep cohorts small so I can give every student personal attention. And we follow up after certification, because your career doesn't end the day you pass the state exam, it starts there.
Healthcare isn't about how much you do. It's about how much love you put in the doing. If that resonates, you're going to fit right in.

What that looks like in practice
- Small, personal cohorts
You're a name, not a number, and you'll be supported the whole way through.
- Built for first-time test takers
Skills practice, exam prep, and real coaching so you pass on the first try.
- Real practice, real feedback
Hands-on skills lab time so the first patient room isn't your first try.
- Colorado Board-approved
81 program hours of instruction. The Board only requires 75, we go further.
Let's see if Inspire is right for you.
Whether you're ready to enroll or just have a few questions, the fastest path is a quick call. I pick up the phone, really.
