Frequently asked questions

Everything students ask before enrolling.

Cost, schedule, requirements, payment options, enrollment, all in one place. Still have a question? Call Shawn at 720-372-7166.

How long is the CNA program at Inspire CNA School?
Each session is 12 days. The program is hybrid, self-paced study combined with in-person sessions, and includes 2 days of 8-hour clinical hours at a rehab or long-term care facility. Most students finish in about 2 weeks.
How much does the CNA program cost?
Full tuition is $1,250. A $625 deposit reserves your seat after your application is accepted; the balance is due no less than 1 week before class begins. Tuition includes your textbook, Nurse Aid handbook, skills training, clinical fees, and your registration with DORA/PearsonVUE for the state exam.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. After completing the admission application, you can choose from available payment plans. The Program Director approves weekly payment schedules on a case-by-case basis. Tuition must be paid in full before your name is submitted to PearsonVUE.
Where is Inspire CNA School located?
We're at 4955 W 72nd Avenue, Unit M, Westminster, CO 80030, inside the Hidden Lake shopping center. We serve students from across the Denver metro area and the Front Range. Visits are by appointment only.
What are the class schedule options?
AM sessions run Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM. PM sessions run Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM. All sessions are 12 days long.
Do I need a high school diploma or GED?
No. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is not required to enroll. All students must be 16 years of age or older. If you have completed high school, please bring proof of completion or current college transcripts.
Is Inspire CNA School state-approved?
Yes. Inspire CNA School is approved by the Colorado State Board of Nursing. We deliver 81 program hours, the Board requires 75, so students are fully prepared to register as candidates with DORA/PearsonVUE and sit for the state exam.
What do I need to bring or buy?
Before clinicals, students need personal scrubs (purple top, black pants), closed-toe rubber-soled shoes (white or black preferred), and a gait belt. You'll also need to complete and pass a tuberculin (TB) test before clinical days.
How do I enroll?
Three ways: (1) call us at 720-372-7166 during office hours, (2) complete the online admission application and submit your deposit, or (3) visit the school by appointment. Applications and full tuition must be received at least 1 week before your chosen session begins.
Is financial aid available?
We do not offer formal financial aid, but we work with students on a case-by-case basis to make tuition manageable. Tuition must be paid in full before your name is submitted to PearsonVUE for the state exam.
Do you help graduates find jobs?
Yes. We connect graduates with employers across the Denver metro through our employment referral network. CNAs are in high demand on the Front Range, and most students start applying during the program.
